Ruth Spangenberg Memorial Tournament

The Ruth Spangenberg Memorial Tournament was established in 2011 to honor Ruth, long-time AAWGA Officer & 18-Hole Golf Chair.

Two rounds of individual stroke play with full handicap within (4) flights comprise the tournament. The overall winner is for low gross. Traveling trophies are awarded to the overall low gross & low net winners.

(The 2015 tournament was scheduled for July 13 & 14 at Hickory Creek Golf Course; due to uncooperative weather, the Board decided to base the awards on (1) day of play [Monday, July 13] for 2015 only.)
