If rejected, another application for membership may not be submitted earlier than the following season of play.

Qualified Handicap

A USGA handicap index at or below 40 is required.

Demonstration of this handicap is a copy of your USGA index from an authorized handicapping service, such as GHIN. 18-Hole players must have a gross of 120 or lower & must be a member of an authorized handicapping service prior to requesting membership.

Individuals with a handicap above 30 may be asked to demonstrate the ability to maintain proper pace of play before final membership is granted. Until such time as this ability is determined, individuals may be admitted for a one-year Provisional Membership.

Proper Pace of Play Guidelines

AAWGA expects that everyone maintain proper pace of play for every course we play, regardless of course difficulty. These Pace of Play Guidelines should be understood & practiced by all members.
